  • The irrepressible dark horse has bolted

So its the final week in Big Brother and Marcus has at last been evicted. In some ways it's a shame because over the past million weeks, even though I have hated him for most of it, he has been an entertaining housemate. And he was up against Siavash, who has become more and more irritating of the past few weeks with his mental "I-wont-nominate-because-I-want-to-go-up" breakdown. And so I would have preferred if Siavash had gone. (But still didnt care enough to pick up the phone and vote)
So there are six left. And I still don't know who I wnat to win. But I hope the prize fund still stays at £20

  • The Choir is back! Unsung Town

I got very excited again... when I saw this being advertised. I loved the previous two series and still have them on my Sky HD box.
This is set to be a winner again :)

    The Choir - Unsung Town
The Choir - Unsung Town, showing Tuesday September 1st on BBC 2 at 9:00pm

Gareth Malone, the charismatic choirmaster from the Bafta-winning series The Choir, is back and about to face his biggest challenge yet.

He makes it his mission to turn South Oxhey, a sprawling housing estate just outside Watford, into a centre of choral excellence by drawing in people from every section of the community, from children to OAPs, and creating one vast choir. The final goal is to put on a major performance in South Oxhey, and invite the whole estate to the party. In September 2008, Gareth heads to South Oxhey for the very first time to look for recruits.

  • Mocking the week

Being a massive fan of Mock the week, which I think is one of the funniest shows on TV I have to mention my dissapointment over the past two weeks that Frankie Boyle was not allowed to take part in the 'Spin the wheel' stand up section of the show.

Anybody know why this is? Are the producers getting woried about his 'pushing the boudaries' with regards to decency? I know he goes near the knuckle and beyond, but you ave to admit, he is always funny.

  • We are klang

Is We are Klang funny? I keep laughing at it one minute, but then the next I think 'This is very bad' and yet, I feel compelled to watch it, and cant drag myself away from the screen!

  • Dragons Den

As mush as I enjoy watching Dragons Den, I am finding my enjoyment being marred by Evan Davis repeating everything that the dragons and the entrepreneurs say.

They will do there pitch, explain what it is and how much investment they want for what percentage of the business, and then Davis pipes up.

'Sally Smith from Manchester wants £150.00 for a 25% share in her carpet shampoo business...'

I know - she just said that!

Then he goes, 'Peter Jones is the first dragon to speak.'

    I know - I can hear him!

What is he there for? I see no puropose at all.

  • Eastenders and the Speed Dating

I thought it may have been a bit optimistic for Peggy to assume that things were going to go well when she decided to hold her own speed dating evening in the Vic, especially when she only asked people in the cafe and the pub! How many strangers was she expecting to find? All the people in the square have either shagged each other already, are related or hate each others guts (and sometimes all three). So who did she end up with? Ronnie, Jack, Biance, Ricky and Janine. It was destined to go well wasn't it :))
