Tonight is the strictly come dancing live show. One of the girls is going to go and Join Phil 'parklife' Daniels who went last week. Now last week I was expecting John Sargent or Gary Rhodes to go, but neither were in the bottom 2.
This week it looks like Jesse 'Kat Slater' Wallace is going to go. But will the public have saved her? Or are we going to let the Kat out?

EDIT Now there's a surprise. It wasn't Jesse out this week. But Another Eastenders actress. Gillian Taylforth.

Another show I am enjoying at the moment is 'Hairspray the school musical'.
There is quite a lot of talent there. I like the kid who's playing Edna. He's doing really well. However some of the other male leads aren't as inspiring- but still they are doing well. And they are going on stage (or have they already?)
And they are now going to release a single. Do I smell an attempt for Christmas Number 1?

Now that it is over, I must admit I thoroughly enjoyed it (Much more than my OH did). It was quite a twee little program, which was nice to just have on. I liked the way they portrayed the characters, and the story got twisted into a different version. The guy playing Darcy was very good (although became a bit wishy washy by the last part).
Now just to clarify.... I got the impression that at the end Elizabeth Bennett went back to modern Hammersmith whereas Amanda stayed in P+P land to be with Darcy. Was that right?

So well done ITV for a nice inoffensive little drama
